ZIP ENDURANCE TESTER


The "Asian" Zip Endurance Tester operates in a vertical plane. It have three sets of grips, a fixed grip mounted on the top of the instrument use for clamping one end of the fastener, there is a other set of two grips placed in between the length of the fastener at opposite points so that the clamps may be subjected to transverse load by means of spring balance, there is a another set of the grip which separately gripping the two halves of the fastener at the other end so that the fastener beyond the slider is open the longitudinal force with the help of the spring balance applied on this set of the grips.

There is a sliding grip, which hold the puller of the slider, and the sliding grip slide with the help of motor, worm reduction gear box, crank and connecting mechanism. The crank has a mechanism for setting the different length of the stroke of the sliding grips. The number of cycle of the sliding grip is counted with the help of a four digit with memory backup pre-set digital counter.

The equipment is painted, bright chrome/ zinc plating for corrosion resistance finish life.
