Volumetric Liquid VFFS Machines
Auto strip cutting system.
No compressed air required for machine operations
All contact Parts are in SS 304. 316 available on request.
Complete powder coated base frame structure.
Castor wheel mounting for ease of cleaning beneath the machine as well as relocating.
Input voltages are available @ 440 V and 230 V. Other voltages available on request.
Stamp type contact coding system
Auto-detect type photo-cell ensures no change of gear for change in pouch length.
Output - 30 to 40 ppm (speeds vary depending upon product, weight per pouch and pouch size.)
In-built product storage sump doesn't let the machines pumping system run dry. The sump can be connected to your bulk storage system for uninterrupted product supply without any manual intervention.
No product no fill system ensures that there is no packaging media wastage on account of empty pouch formation
Very compact feet print of 2.0 x 2.0 feet. Please note the feet print maybe bigger depending upon the weight to be packed.
These machines can be assembled in block formation alongside a pouch collection conveyor for compact yet high output productivity with minimum operator requirement.
