Likewise, we are committed to our customers for training them until their projects end. Attending in- person training session is not feasible for our customers we train them virtually, i.e. using a software that provides remote access on users system.
We are available 24/7 for our customers, who may require our support on technical issues or for training purpose. We have many of our clients in overseas countries. Sometimes, when our clients are facing some technical problem and are in need of urgent help, then based on the complexity of the issue we try and help them virtually through remote access on their system. This helps us and our customers in saving time and not being dependant only on in-person meetings for resolving their problems.
