Venturi Wet Scrubber

we have designed & installed most efficient venturi wet scrubber which effectively arrests 100 particles of sizes up to 10 micron & bring down the final exhaust emission level within 125 mg / nm.

this performance is much below the standard set by central pollution control board and significantly no fly ash is seen in and around the factory including township. With this system a serious disposal problem is efficiently solved and hence the area around the chimney is maintained clean and dust free. Our's is a pioneer design, requiring minimum pressure i. E. , < 60 mm, lowest power requirement 10 hp / boiler and lowest water make-up.
