Efficient and economic, the integrated steam drier and powerful hot-air blower give a good cost/benefit result and a quick payback. Loading position has 4 different settings. Carriage of the hem tensioning device can be moved towards the operator, hence there will be no wrinkles behind the knees. Active and freely adjustable stretch-control is standard.
- All the working parts are clearly arranged at the front and can be quickly adjusted and monitored. The finishing cycle and its steam and air intervals can be altered within seconds to suit the required conditions. The new software allows stretch control for finishing different sizes without distortion.
- The pneumatically controlled waistband tensioner has an adhesive cover on the waistband gripping devices to help the easy positioning for different widths of waistband. The active steam protection prevents the escape of steam and so protects the operator and saves energy.
- With the adjustable height and width, the tensioning device is suitable for all types of pants. The standard hem tensioning device, longitudinal or lateral, with inside or outside tensioning elements and precise adjustment of the longitudinal tensioning forces gives excellent quality. Sensitive fabrics can also be processed without marks and distortion.
