Tungsten Carbide Dies

Our tungsten carbide drawing dies are widely used in wire drawing as per client's specific requirements. The wire drawing is a manufacturing process used to reduce or change the cross section of a wire by using a series of draw plates or dies. For steel wire drawing, a tungsten carbide inner "nib" is inserted inside a steel casting. Our hard carbide provides a wear resistant surface for the reduction of the steel wire.
