Thermoforming Machine

Our Thermoforming Machine is capable of both flexible and rigid packaging, depending on machine configuration and film material, for food, non-food, and medical products. Two film reels are used to make the packages. The system consists of: 1. Lower film heating 2. Forming of tray or cavity 3. Placing of product into tray 4. Vacuum and/or gas injection system 5. Welding of cover and tray, package sealing 6. Division of packages in units or cutting 7. Package output conveyor 8. Film waste removal The machine is built of stainless steel and corrosion-resistant materials for easy maintenance and sanitation. Its solid construction makes it the most suitable solution for applications that require larger product dimensions in relation to film advance, film width and package depth. The machine is easy to operate - it has a control panel with a touch screen displaying 50 Configurations, Language Selection, Operating Mode Selection, Operating Time, Cycle Counter, and Error Messages. Optional vacuum and gas flushing systems are available to create modified atmosphere packages (MAP).
