Sugranex protease formulation

Sugranex is a protease based formulation for treatment of sugar cane juice. Sugranex inhibits growth of filamentous bacteria by opening a sheath that surrounds the filamentous bacteria. The advantages of the Sugranex enzyme blend composition over the use of biocides to control bacteria are that the biocides constitute toxicants in the system and pollution problems are ever present where as Sugranex is non toxic and is environment friendly. It controls inversion.
