Description
Item Code: CRS-REBARS
Our range of CRS Rebars is highly resistant to corrosion as it is manufactured from special alloy that automatically controls corrosion of rebars. In these rebars the alloy is mixed with Copper (Cu) and Chromium (Cr) in the right proportions, thereby, imparting enhanced corrosion resistant. Furthermore, the mechanical properties of these rebars remain the same despite of altered chemical composition. The features of this range are as follows:
- High Corrosion Resistance: With the addition of Copper & Chromium to the steel alloy, these bars when come in contact with moisture or water a film of oxidation is created thus passivating them to avoid corrosion
- Enhanced Strength with Higher Ductility: Copper and Copper and Chromium, when added to the steel alloy increases the natural ductility of steel, thereby, making it more flexible. Owing to which the tolerance against the breakage also increases.
- Improved Fire Resistance: Our range of CRS rebars are over 140 more capable of resisting fire. When the other TMT rebar loses its mechanical properties at around 250OC, this range resiststemperatures up to 600O degree celcius
- Enhanced Life Expectancy in Structures: These rebars are highly corrosion resistant and have longer life expectancy. It increases the durability up to 1.5 to 1.7 times as compared to regular TMT rebars
