Description
We offer pure Starch Powder that is widely used in sugar and other food processing industry. This chemical is a white, tasteless and odorless powder that easily gets insoluble in cold water or alcohol. Depending on the plant the starch generally contains 20 to 25 amylose and 75% to 80% amylopectin, which makes it more effective. Further, these also contains two types of molecules such as linear & helical amylose and the branched amylopectin. By dissolving this powder in warm water, it can be used as thickening, stiffening or gluing agent providing thick wheat-paste.
