Sprohedic Grey Cast Iron Rolls

Sprohedic Grey Cast Iron Rolls of our indefinite chill quality class.
The surface hardness of these qualities is 350 HV-550 HV adjustable.
The softer qualities have proved to be more usefully for flour mills.
The hardness decline in these roll qualities is minimal.
Even with a 20% reduction in diameter the surface harness will still remain on practically the same level as with the initial diameter.

Field of application :-

1. In all passages of wheat milling plant where classical smooth rolls have been employed to -date.
2. For sizing reduction, tailing reduction and later and last middling where for milling engineering reasons fluted rolls had to be used until now.
3. For middling passages in combined wheat-rye flour mills where fluted rolls head to be used for reasons of milling engineering.
4. For many specific crushing, cracking and milling tasks.
