Spot Welding Machine

Our Spot Welding Machine has high performance since the transformer has Low leakage and High Linkage design, with proper insulation and sufficient cooling with winding impregnation enhancing its work life. Arrangements for water cooling with host connections are provided for Electrodes, holders and arms. The Spot Welding Machine has Morse Taper 2 straight electrodes of hardened copper-alloy material and we offer customized spare electrodes.

• Heavy duty compression spring mounted on a pressure rod with calibrated nut offers adjustable maximum pressure levels
• Special arrangement minimizes operator fatigue and ensures simple setting.
• 8 position, off loaf tap switch for Current setting from minimum to maximum.
• Weld time from 5 to 50 cycles and 1 to 10 seconds controlled by Solid state Electronic timer
