SP COAT - Heat & Oxidation Resistant coatings

SP Coat is the term of coating materials for resistance to heat and oxidation from Ceramic Coat Co. Ltd. They have been consistently moving forward since 1965. The heat resistant paint is capable of withstanding the surfaces of high operating temperatures and providing resistance to corrosive conditions. The conventional paints do not withstand high-temperatures. The heat resistant paint as the coating film has coverage for decorative and protective use from heat oxidation at high temperatures.

Substrate Materials:
The heat resistant paint can be applied generally to SPCC, aluminum, galvanized steel and SUS.

Our special heat resistant paints can also be applied to glass and heat resistant plastic.

Thermal limits of the materials:

Sheet Steel (SPCC)	~600ᵒ C
Aluminized sheet steel	400ᵒC ~500ᵒ C
Stainless Steel	~900ᵒ C
Synthetic film (Galvanizer)	~300ᵒ C
