We offer multipurpose Solvent Extraction Unit to our client, which are used for extracting all kinds of natural materials by various solvents and water adopting techniques. The various techniques used for solvent extraction units are cold percolation and hot percolation.

1. Multipurpose design providing facility to load and unload the material to be extracted easily
2. Reboiler provided with mechanical agitation to avoid localized heating of the extract at any given time
3. On line filters provided to obtain a sparkling clear extract
4. Adequate condenser and sub cooler capacity provided to minimize losses of solvent
5. Vacuum traps provided to facilitate recovery of solvent under reduced pressure without much evaporation loss
6. Entire unit is explosion proof having flame arrestor attached wherever necessary
7. Sampling points provided to facilitate on line analysis
