Sodium Persulfate

We process Sodium Persulfate (Na2S2O8), which is a strong oxidizer. It can be severely irritable to skin, eyes, and respiratory system. Comprising particularly good ability for long time storage, it is nearly non-hygroscopic. Safe and easy to handle, its non-combustibility easily releases oxygen and also helps in combustion of other material. It is advisable not to mix this persulfate with the following conditions/substances: heat, moisture, ignition sources, flame, reducing agents, shock, friction, sodium peroxide, organic material, aluminum, water and powdered metals.

The varied applications of this product comprise:

• This can be used as a bleach, detergent component, and as standalone in hair cosmetics.
• An obvious replacement for ammonium persulfate, for the purpose of etching mixtures for printed and zinc circuit boards, this product can also be utilized for copper and other metal pickling
• As a source for free radicals, it is used as radical initiator for the purpose of emulsion polymerization reactions, and also for quick low formaldehyde adhesives curing
• Moreover, this is also utilized as a soil conditioner
• Other uses comprise manufacturing of dyestuffs, and modifications of bleach activator, starch and desiring agent for oxidation desirin.
