We offer quality rich Soapstone Powder in a chemically hydrous Magnesium silicate state. Our chemically developed Soapstone Powder has accurate composition for best use in rubber and plastic industry. We have infused our Soapstone Powder to develop it in several forms and particle shapes. Our Soapstone Powder has fairly high oil absorption, easy dispersion, and low specific gravity. Applications
Paper : To give smoothness and high brightness. Also used as a partial replacement of TiO2, and as a pitch Absorber
Paint : To give suspending and archeological properties. To give improved bonding properties. It gives good water resistance. Also gives excellent sanding properties and outstanding holding properties
Ceramics : Talc improves drying pressing resistance of ceramic bodies. It is resistant to thermal shocks. It gives superior electrical properties and greater toughness to switch boards and spark plugs
Cosmetics : Absorptive and slip properties of talc are useful in many cosmetics
Foundries : Final finish to the mould
Plastics and other : As a filler in plastics, Asbestos products and polishes, electrical wire insulations sizing and finishing of textiles
Miscellaneous : In rubber industry as a filler and as dusting agent
