Mode of Operation:

The machine carries out size reduction in a wedge-shaped crushing area by creating a pressure and shearing stress. The crushing body of the machine is made of a rotating roll and an adjustable & spring-mounted crushing plate located on the opposite side. The distance between the base of the crushing plate and the tips of the roll crusher's teeth determines the adjustable gap width, which can be changed as per the desired product size. Any wear and tear which occurs can be adjusted through the crushing plate. The Roll Crusher is equipped with either teeth or ledges depending upon the feed material and the desired product size, The crushing plate is also provided with a replaceable comb plate.
