Semi Automatic Liquid Filling Machine

Semi Automatic Liquid Filling Machine is used to fill a range of liquids. We provide these machines in two head, table top and fully GMP model. These machines are used for filling liquids in different type of containers made of glass, plastic and metal.

Various prominent features of this machine are :

• Filling syringes made up of stainless steel of 304/316 quality having capacity of 30, 60,110, 260,550 and 1000 ml.
• Output of 8/16/24 bottles per minute as per liquid type and fill size with assistance of three speed pulley arrangement
• Available with diving nozzles for filling foamy liquids
• Specially designed valve to ensure zero dripping
• Adjustable volume by raising and reducing eccentricity
• Motor and gear box covered in a SS cabinet.
• Bottles are required to be kept bellow the nozzles manually.
