Scrubber Machine (GLAZZE HD-4)

Main Equipment : Base Unit with the four head production consists of the 5 HP DC motor along with the DC drive, basic electronic panel board with DC drives, water pump for the coolant circulation, Pay-off for wire. Ancillary equipments: One HP air compressor. Electrical control Panel Board.

The machine is equipped with one electrical panel board. The main panel consisting of five HP DC drive and Four numbers of microprocessor based digital counters and one cutting transformer control the drives in synchronization to each other and the whole machine works in the auto production mode.

Floor Space Requirements

• For GLAZZE HD-1 the floor space area required is 1000 mm x 2000 mm
• For the GLAZZE HD-4 the floor space area required is 1150 mm x 3100 mm.
• For GLAZZE HD-2 and GLAZZE HD-3 the floor space area required is 750 mm x 3100 mm (can be adjusted)

Electrical Connections :

• The GLAZZE HD-1 shall require one three phase point / one single-phase input source for four HP load.
• The GLAZZE HD-2 and GLAZZE HD-3 shall require one three phase point / one single-phase input source for three HP load(plus one HP load for compressor)
• The GLAZZE HD-4 shall require one Three phase input source to support Five HP load (plus one HP load for compressor)
