Description
These are the most commonly used light duty all purpose pumps for Handling and Transferring variety of Viscous Liquids, may these be Oils, Petroleum, Dairy & Food Products, Dyes, Syrups, Slightly Corrosive Chemicals, Soaps, Detergents, Starch, Asphalts, Inks and Paints etc.
These are Highly Efficient and Low Cost Positive Displacement Pumps. These are generally available in C.I. material of construction having sturdy CI Body fitted with dynamically balanced Single Helical Gears mounted on Hardened & Grinded Shaft with Bronze bushes which provide superior wear resistance. A special model in SS-316 material of construction is also available which further enhances the application areas where these are employed.
Generally, a standard model pump of this series can entertain fluids upto 80 Deg. C, but with a little modification the same pump can be transformed to handle fluids upto 200 Deg. C. temperature.
