Rolling Machine

This machine is equipped to crimp the knurled profiles alongwith the insulating bars / polyamide strips to obtain a thermal break profile. The machine comprises of six rolling discs with each unit having two discs each. The first unit assists in guiding and pre-crimping of the profiles while the second unit applies the main crimping force. The third unit is further used for crimping and correction of the profiles both vertically and horizontally. This machine is equipped with six synchronous discs and a maximum power capacity of three kilowatts.
