- Spring back can be engineered out during tool design by over forming the material beyond its anticipated shape. End flare can be eliminated or at least, reduced, by proper tool design.
- Twist should be less than 50 in 3m length of med section.
- Angular tolerance +/-10
- Bend radius should be equal to or greater than material thickness.
- Length of leg should be 3 times the material thickness.
