"Moderate Roll Crushers" offered by us are utilized for added reduction in the sizes of minerals after excavation from the quarry, subjected to one or more stages of prior crushing. The construction includes a heavy steel frame integrated with two alloyed steel rolls, each heaped on separate horizontal shaft. One of the rolls is spring loaded so as to give safety from damages to the rolls when non-crushable material passes from the machine.
To bring out the best possible performance from a Roll Crusher, the feed size must be like that there is no slippage. A ratio of 3 : 1 offers the extremely economical operation from wear point of view. The highest feed size may also be selected in relation to Roll Dia and Type.
