 2- ROLLFORMING MAIN MACHINE

 

• Playt : On the playt there will be 6 station. When the machine is working, sheet metal goes along on the stations and step by step it gives form to make profile.

 

2.2-     Straightening  Apparatus:  It’s an apparatus which send metal sheet band to centralized to horizontal axles.

 

2.3-     Stands:  It gives form to sheet metal step by step. Elements;

1. Rolls : Rolls made from materials of Steel-4140
2. Special key will be given for down-upper stand action
3. Moulds :U profile moulds sets will be given with the machine

 

Desired  dimension U-profiles will be done without changing the moulds

 

• Straightening Head at the roll former’s exıst (Turkısh head) : It makes profiles straight. It can move in X-Y axles
• Gear case : Gear case give action to stands rolls. Gears  are made of

Steel- 8620 and than applicated heat treatment .Gear rolls which are at the same time moulds rolls, it’s made of  Steel-4140.

 

 

3-PLC AUTOMATIC CONTROL CABINET :

Lines will be controlled  from only one panel. 0-30 m / min speed control, regulatablelenghtand  amount of pieces of profiles are  controlled with PLC.

 

4-  HYDRAULIC CUTTING UNIT:

 

Hydraulic cutting pattern is fixed, the machine will stop when the desired length after cutting process will continue.
