Description
We have found a new and innovative solution of recycling of old & used tyres and tyre scrapes or wastes. We reuse these by using De-vulcanizing (recycling) method and form reclaim rubber. The old and used up tyres are broken by using high pressure and temperature. In this process, some chemicals, like Di-Xylene & Di-Sulphide are used. Our reclaim rubbers are used as substitute of synthetic and natural rubbers. Some technical specifications of these rubbers are:
- Raw Materials: Tyre Scraps
- Weight: 200 MT
- Application Areas: Tubes, Tires, Flaps, Tread rubber, auto parts, battery containers, conveyor belts, hose pipes, v belts, foot wears, shoe soles, and in making all other rubber molded goods
- Benefits: Have faster mixing process, cost reduction and provide improved extrusion
- High Range Grade : Highly Refined grade.
- Medium Range Grade : Medium or passing grade
