| We manufacture these high quality PTFE Piston Bands that are extensively used in hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. These latest technology products are designed to prevent equipment seizures that result from other forms of guidance material. The Piston Bands are known for offering extremely low friction and break-away forces. Suitable to be used in the temperature ranging up to 200°C, these products are resistant to all kinds of hydraulic fluids. PTFE with 40 Bronze filling is used to manufacture the bearing material that is designed to bear heavy loads. Owing to their physical properties and the use of PTFE lubricants, these Piston Bands are ideal to be used on rams or pistons in all kinds of reciprocating applications. |
