Model MD700 dynamic mix head horizontally mounted on machine frame with 4200 RPM electric motor, disposable plastic blade and baffle mix cartridge, manual pour & recycle valves, injector/check valves, product feed and recycle hoses, dispense tube with pistol grip and dispense switch or foot switch, Dispense manifold heater, Heating for 3 way manual pour & recycle valve of pre-polymer component, Heated hoses for pre-polymer and MOCA, Solvent/air flush kit with pressure tank, hose and manual valve at mix head, minimum 20 psi pressure rated, 10 gallon, stainless steel tank with clamped lid for pre-polymer with heat blanket and insulation.
