Description
At JARV Tools, we manufacture polycrystalline cubic boron nitride (JARV PCBN), an artificially synthesized material exceeding the hardness of diamond. Our range of PCBN is stable under high temperature even to 1000° C. Usually seen when machining hardened ferrous or super alloy materials.
PCBN tools allow metal cutting at feeds and speeds much higher than conventional cutting tools materials. Our engineered PCBN tools are used to turn, bore and face hard materials that earlier could be performed by grinding because our wide range of PCBN tools maintain a sharp cutting edge, excellent surface finish, close tolerances, dramatic increase in productivity.
