- In detail
Plant growth regulators (natural / synthetic) are the compounds mainly organic, other than nutrients, which in relatively small amounts inhibit, promote or otherwise alter physiological plant processes. They are called growth hormones. Some of the examples are auxins, gibberellins, cytokinins and brassinosteroids. These hormones are a unique set of compounds with unique metabolism and properties.
Developmental processes regulated by these biostimulants are -
-
Floral bud development
-
Leaf arrangement
-
Lateral root formation
-
Cell expansion and cell division
-
Seed germination
-
Chlorophyll development
-
Fruit formation and development
Our range of biostimulants contains a good combination of growth hormones in such a way that if applied at specified stage of plant growth, they produce desired results and help to increase the yield and quality of farm produce. They are to be applied by foliar spray, fertigation or by dipping.
