Orange Carrot

we are offering orange carrots that are frozen through the most advanced i. Q. F (individual quick freezing) technique. As the core of the carrot is denser than the surrounding flesh so, it can develop an unpleasantly bitter and woody grain taste. Therefore, we select only those carrots, which have a thin inner core.

These orange carrots are further assessed for color; the carrots that have green or yellow tips are discarded right at that time. Only red (orange) color tips are selected, as the flavor of the red (orange) tastes the best. Further, these are sorted for diameter and length, which provides us with smaller carrots that will be tender, sweet and will cook evenly. Only the tip end, the best part of the carrot, is diced.
