Description

In order to monitor the sequence or rotation of 3 phase system R, Y, B, these relays proves useful. Rotating machines are usually defenseless to incorrect phase sequence. Three Phase motors rotating in the wrong direction may cause physical damage but current & voltage reading may appear normal. Electric motors can continue to operate (single phase), if one phase is lost because of a blown fuse. This can result in extensive electrical or mechanical damage.
