Monobuilt Type Water Ring Vaccum Pumps

PRINCIPLE: "Gaurav" Water Ring Mono-built Vacuum Pump is depend upon centrifugal displacement type pump. These pumps have curved impeller rotating eccentrically with respect to the pump casing and water. By using centrifugal force, the impeller forces out the water on the casing forming liquid ring by which upper sides are sealed and form the pocket at bottom side which creates the Vacuum.

CONSTRUCTION: The Vacuum Pump we offer to the clients consist mainly four important parts, (1) main casing, (2) side covers, (3) impeller, (4) control discs. Main casing & side covers of our product range is of graded casting of grade 20 as per IS 210. Apart from this, the impellers, control discs and additional ring inside pump can be given as Cast iron, Gun Metal or Stainless Steel. In addition, the shaft of this range is developed using EN 8 with stainless steel sleeve and painted with acid & alkali proof paint.

MOTOR: The pumps we are offering to the clients are mono-built pump in which the motors is a part of the pump set, this is designed by our professionals to with stand wide voltage, frequency fluctuation and with class 'F' insulation and painted with acid & alkali-proof paint & IP-55 constructions, as per 1S-4691
