MICRO Tapping Machines ( PHSTM-TC4-404 )

Micro Engineering Works has developed MICRO Tapping Machines as versatile High speed bench type precision and sensitive tapping machines.
PHSTM-TC4-404 -- for upto 4mm dia.
PHSTM-M10-5010 -- for 5mm to 10mm dia.
Their hardened and ground spindle is driven by a specially designed pulley is driven by a F.H.P., single phase mains operated motor to attain High Speed Tapping. The machine provides a stepless Electronic regulator to achieve low and high RPM accordingly. Precision High Speed spindle bearings are housed in accurately lapped bores of its hardened and ground spindle of the main pulley, which forms the basis of extremely accurate machine operations. Conveniently placed control, compact design and precision geometry are some other features. The machine is useable with Three Jaw Key tightening chuck. The spindle, rotating in Bronze bearing is driven by a frictionless felt mounted pulley. The machines are equipped with a screw depth stop adjustment in the swivel base.
