Magnesium Hypophosphite is an inorganic magnesium phosphorous based Elemental Ionization salt. It is mainly used for the preparation of sterile formulations, of magnesium regenerator for the treatment of acute grass tetany condition and to prevent relapses of hypomagnesaemia.

• Description: A white crystalline powder, highly soluble in water
• Solubility: 1 gm. Soluble in 10 ml. of dist. Water
• Alkalinity: NMT 0.5ml of 0.1M HCl
• Iron: Max. 10 ppm
• Chloride: Max. 100 ppm
• Sulphate: Max. 0.1 %
• Arsenic: Max. 2 ppm
• Heavy Metals: Max. 10 ppm
• pH ( 10% ): 4.7 to 5.7
• Assay: 98% to 101%
