Laminated Flexible Connectors Jumpers Leads offered by us are manufactured by stacking several foils of electrolytic copper and then applying high current under high pressure. This is special metal diffusion whereby metal itself melts & forms homogenous bonds thus providing a very negligible, almost nil millivolt drop across connector, thereby helping in reducing temperature rise as well as increasing current carrying capacity of jumpers. In this process, no filler metal is used for joining two layers together.
