Lacquer Porosity Test Apparatus

The Lacquer Porosity Test Apparatus offered by us is a specialized equipment, designed for testing the porosity of lacquer / wax, which is internally coated on metallic (aluminum) tubes as per ISI standards. The coated tube is filled with test-solution that contains copper sulphate and copper electrode is immersed in this solution. A fixed small D.C. potential is then applied between the sliding top copper whose flow is proportional to the areas of the surface not covered by internal coating when the tube makes contact with the cathode. Further visual indication is provided by the means of by deposition of copper if coating is not continuous.
