Description
Our company offers a wide range of bogie hearth furnace that is used for various industrial applications such as stress relieving, normalizing, hardening, steel casting plants and steel fabrication units. To recover the lost heat, we have also fitted our furnaces with recuperator that reduces the fuel consumption as well. These are rigid in construction and offer long refractory life, having a capacity upto 250 tons. Further, it also provides the temperature uniformity over the full volume of furnace within the range of 10 degree celsius. Bogie hearth furnace is used in various industries for the following applications:
- Loading and unloading of heavy parts made easy
- Available in electrical/oil/gas fired versions
- Pre-programmed control of heating rate/soak time and furnace cooling possible
- Motorized bogie drive and door openings
- Single or double ended (shuttle type)
