Blenders are mainly used for blending of light/heavy powders & abrasive materials. Featuring efficient discharge seals, these blenders will discharge completely and are also easy to clean. It also has separately driven internal lump breakers & spraying arrangement that can be provided for breaking of lumps and agglomerates.

Available Varieties:

Double cone blender -

Double cone blender is used for mixing dry powder, abrasives & granules homogeneously

• The blender name is derived from its body shape where two cones are welded to cylindrical portion to form double cone containers
• Trunions are welded to central cylindrical portion at opposite ends that rotate in sturdy spherical roller bearing housings/pedestals
• The blender is rotated at slow rpm because of which entire mass is tumbled along angle of cone resulting in crisscrossing of material to produce uniform mix
• Separately driven internal lump breakers & spraying arrangement can also be provided for breaking of lumps and agglomerates
