Description
Air cooling is efficient and time tested concept to provide comfortable atmosphere for men, machine and materials. This cooled air is supplied to Room / Hall / Building / other application areas through a network of well designed ducting, the cool air supplied picks up the sensible heat of area reducing its dry bulb temperature and providing cooling effect. These air cooling plants are sized on the basis of air capacity which is determined by considering total sensible heat generated in the Area to be cooled.
Large Air Cooling Plants are generally of masonary construction but for small capacities, we provide packaged unit in heavy gauge sheet steel enclosure, ready for easy installation at user's site.
The Air cooling Plants are designed and commissioned with principal equipment i.e Air Washers , which comes in two variants namely:-
a. Conventional Spray Set Type which employ water spray nozzles for humidification.
b. Cellulose Fill Type which employ Evaporative Cooling Pads with cellulosic fill as cooling media.
