The principle of operation of the steam generator:

Питательная вода, прошедшая водоочистку, из наливного (конденсатного) бака принудительно подается на вторичную обмотку индуктора, роторным насосом высокого давления, где она практически мгновенно переходит в состояние пара. Чем больше количество индукторов, тем выше производительность парогенератора, при этом производительность пара прямо пропорциональна потреблению. Управление парогенератором по всем рабочим процессам и защите, осуществляется программируемым реле с дисплеем ПР - 200 "ОВЕН".

Парогенератор имеет девять степеней защиты:

• по давлению пара, превышающее установленное ограничение
• по отсутствию питательной воды в системе парогенератора
• по температуре питательной воды, если температура превысила допустимый предел
• по температуре первичной обмотки трансформатора, если температура превысила допустимый предел
