Description
I. Design Microfeed Hydraulic Surface Grinders are simple in design but accurate and efficient, as well as most suitable for the Tool-Rooms as well as production jobs.
II. Hydraulic System Surface Grinders are fitted with Compact Hydraulic Power Pack (dust proof) with an exclusively designed control Unit incorporated within the body of the machine. The said system does not require any extra load. The required pressure-oil drains through a fine filter, before entering the Tank.
III. Wheel-head Ultra Precision liardened nitralloy spindle (grease packed for the life long) runs in anti friction bearings and directly driven by flaiige mounted motor (to eliminate any vibration) through flexible couplings. Its production and testing passes through rigorous inspection at manufacturing stages to ensure smooth and trouble free running and sensitivity essential for extraordinary finish.
IV. Longitudinal Traverse Tlie Magnetic Table travels on "VEE & FLAT Guide-way" and is driven through a hydraulic cylinder, having provision of continuous lubrication Its over-splitting lubrication is drained into a Reservoir to avoid any wastage. AI' other important parts require lubrication (at least once-a-day) are being fed through a centralised manual oil pump. The stroke is set by adjustable dogs.
V. Microfeed System The vertical Central Head-Wheel dial is graduated in 0.001 mm and has a floating "Zero" setting for convenience of the operator. The1 Micro-feed Movement Knob allows 0.002 mm increment in Hand Feed.
