Description
"UTTAM" make Hot Feed Rubber Extruder Machines is most suitable to produce various rubber sections or shapes, out of warm Rubber or Rubber Compounds, the machine is used in manufacturing of Rubber Tubes, Strip Sheets, Tyre Tread, Rubber Hoses, Angles, Channels, etc.
Major Construction Details:
» Barrel:Heavy duty M.S. Seamless tube steel fabricated and machined to close tolerance. The Barrel is double jacketed for water cooling or steam heating and tested hydraulically to ensure against any leakage before dispatch.
» Screw:Screw made of EN 41B Nitrated hardened and Grinded surface having hardness of 58 ~ 59 RC appx. with arrangement for cooling/ Heating. Screw is designed having special profile to work at maximum efficiency at lower operating cost.
» Sleeves:High wear resistant EN 41B Nitrated hardened sleeve, having hardness of 58 ~ 59 RC appx.
» Bearing Housing :Bearing housing is made out of Steel Casting machined finished and fitted with heavy duty thrust taper roller Bearings on both ends to ensure against any deflection and tolerate heavy extrusion load.
» Die-Head: Heavy Duty steel fabricated Die Head designed with internal threaded for easy fixing of user Die. Die head without mould.

Tread Head : For Extruding Tyre Treads
Straight Head : For Extruding Rubber Tubes, Strip Sheets, Rods , Angles, etc.
Cross Head : For Second coating of pre-extruded section like Hoses, Profile,etc.
Strainer Head : For filtering the compounds
» Drives :Constant Speed or Variable speed as per specific requirement.
» Reduction Gearbox: Worm Reduction Gearbox of Greaves / Shanti make or Uttam make Heavy Duty Helical Reduction gearbox with hollowed shaft with Thrust bearing housing Direct coupled to gearbox output shaft.
» Base Frame: Common base frame heavy duty, Steel fabricated accurately machined on which whole machine with Gearbox and motor are fitted. No deep foundations are required.
