The Pump is guaranteed to give trouble free performance for a long time. CONTRUCTION:- ROTOR MADE OUT OF SPECIALLY GRADED CASTING. ROTOR HAVING TWO VANES OPPOSITE EACH OTHER WITH SPRING BETWEEN HOLLOW CYLINDER KNOWN AS STATOR ENTIRE ASSEMBLY IS FITTED IN THE OIL TANK. OIL TANK IS MADE UP OF MILD-STEEL.
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION:-
ROTOR is eccentrically located inside the STATOR. The Rotor is having two vanes opposite to each other with spring between, which press them against the inner wall of the stator and make them move in and out of the stator as the rotor revolves by means of a driving shaft, sweeping the air space twice in each revolution.
The oil functions as a lubricant and sealant between the moving parts of the pump. The ultimate pressures are limited by leakage between high and low pressure sides of the pump and decomposition of the oil exposed to high temperature-spots, generated by friction.
Made out of finest and non-corrosive materials.
Compact design, keeping high efficiency.
Pump is tested on McLEOD- guage to assure perfect vacuum.
Based on sturdy base-plate, vibration free operation.
Coupled with best Indian electric motor.
Inter changability of spares.
Vigorous testing of pump, minimum period of 48 Hrs.
