Description
High Temprature cables are required in harsh conditions where the cables need to withstand the extreme operating conditions.
High Temprature cables are constructed in such a way that increase their functionality varied temprature ranges from less than -40 deg celsius to more than 600 deg celsius depending on the requirements of the cables.
The high temprature cables manufactured at SCI are constructed with Fluoropolymeric Insulation like TEFLON, which provide excellent dielectric strength, mud resistant, oil resistant.
The conductor is made of pure nickel, silver alloys or nickel plated, silver plated copper conductors.
The multi-Core cables are wrapped with Teflon tape, Mica tape etc. The fiber glass or Stainless Steel Braiding ensures in retaining properties at high temprature. Add to this the cables can be double glass yarn lapped and silicone varnished to provide excelllent protection.
