High Speed Dispense Line

We offer high speed dispense line for manufacturers of automotive filters using PVC or 2 component PU adhesive for end cap sealing/end cap molding.

- Meter mix dispensing system simultaneously dispense fast-cure urethane every 3 seconds into filter end cap molds. Filter elements are then placed in the mixed liquid urethane and begins curing. Then, the cap/element is de-molded, flipped and placed in the next end cap mold.

- A similar line can also be set up manufacturers of filters using PVC for sealing end caps.

- The dispense machines are US make with precise dispense using reciprocating positive displacement pumps. The valve is remote mounted and rotated. The end cap molds are fed through a conveyor system.

- The material is fed pneumatically.The meter has 'hard stop shot controls'. The total volume dispensed is electronically adjustable with flow rate controls.Total meter volume is typically larger than your shot size.

- The operator can select the shot size. The valve has a proximity sensor. We can set up a line automation with one or multiple rotating valves. Metallic end caps of different diameters can be fed through this line.
