Why use Hi-Gloss Masterbatch?
A lot of calcium/talc based compounds are added to moulded articles and films to reduce cost and/or to impart some properties. But this results in a rough (matt) finish to the product.
AddKan Hi-Gloss Masterbatch: AddKan Hi-Gloss Masterbatch contain special additives to improve gloss and smoothness of the final product.
The addition of AddKan Higloss Masterbatch improves the gloss and also improves the output. Addition level of 1-3 % depends upon the gloss requirement and the percentage of reprocess granules and other compounds (Filler) used.
AddKan Hi Gloss Masterbatches: There is only one type of Hi Gloss Masterbatch available:- Hi Gloss Masterbatch (AD/01/0020) - Improves gloss and brightness of the plastic item which may have been reduced due to addition of reprocessed granules.
