Description
Gypsum Wall Blocks supplied by us are manufactured from high grade gypsum plaster with glass fibre reinforcement. Each block is molded with two tongued sides and two grooved sides, to enable them to be fitted perfectly together during assembly. The quality of the raw material used is very high thus resulting in a qualitative product. These are fixed between solid floor, ceiling and walls. The Gypsum Wall Blocks are made with Gypsum Adhesive Compound, which is specially formulated compound with high bonding strength for application to blocks wall system.

Installation Process
Examination
Do not begin installation until substrates have been properly constructed; verify that substrates are plumb and true.
Check field dimensions before beginning installation. If dimensions vary too much from design dimensions for proper installation, notify Architect and wait for instructions before beginning installation.
Floor to be checked for level and if filling required a screed can be lay on.
Preparation
Clean surfaces thoroughly prior to installation
Prepare surfaces using the methods recommended by the manufacturer for achieving the best result for the substrate under the project conditions.
Installation
All internal walls shall be constructed with 666mm x 500mm x 100mm
Gypsonite Gypsum Blocks bonded together with plastec Adhesive Compound.
Install in accordance with manufacturer's current printed methods and recommendations.
Block Wall shall be finished with a thin skim coat.
Fasteners as recommended by Manufacturer for specific job conditions.
Tiles fixing to be done accordance to manufacturer's methods and recommendations.
Uses
Used internally in non load bearing partitions on solid floors.
In houses, offices and other buildings.
