Description
Chemicas Properties:
- Slowly decompses in the presence of oxygen to form carbon dioxide at 600-700 degree c.
- Burns only at high temperature.
- Normally unafected by acids, dry chloring gas or molten alkali at low red heat.
- Strong oxidants such as mixture of hot nitric acid and potassuim chlorate will oxidize it comletely.
