USES OF GLOSPOR CAPSULE

Glospor Capsule is used in the treatment of  fungal infections . It is used to treat fungal infections of the mouth or vagina (thrush), skin and other parts of the body such as finger and toenails.

HOW TO USE GLOSPOR CAPSULE

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Glospor Capsule is to be taken with food.
If you are taking oral solution, it should be taken one hour before any food or drink.

HOW GLOSPOR CAPSULE WORKS

Glospor Capsule is an antifungal medication. It kills fungi by destroying the fungal cell membrane. This treats your infection.

GLOSPOR CAPSULE RELATED WARNINGS

Alcohol SAFE It is generally safe to consume alcohol with Glospor Capsule.

Pregnancy WEIGH RISKS VS BENEFITS Glospor Capsule may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.

Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Lactation CAUTION Glospor Capsule is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.

Driving   Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Glospor Capsule can sometimes cause dizziness, blurred/double vision or hearing loss. This may affect your ability to drive.

Kidney   There is limited information available on the use of Glospor Capsule in patients with kidney disease. Please consult your doctor.

Liver   There is limited information available on the use of Glospor Capsule in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.
Inform your doctor if you develop signs of jaundice like yellowing of eyes and skin, itching, and clay colored stools while taking this medicine.

WHAT IF YOU MISS A DOSE OF GLOSPOR CAPSULE?

If you miss a dose of Glospor Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
