Decorative Glass:
PU is used in decorative glass in interiors of houses and offices. It has very high adhesion for long lasting and water proof. Now-adays use of glass for interiors is rapidly growing with the current boom in the realty market. Our paints are being used by most of the renowned builders in and around Mumbai.
Isotrap Glass Coat
1. Can be sprayed manually or automatically.
2. Application Viscosity should be 18 +- 2 sec. by Ford cup.
3. Number of coats recommended - 1 coat.
4. Thinner intake - 20% by volume for spraying (thinner consumption varies depending onsite conditions & other factors).
5. Theoretical covering capacity - 120 -130sq.ft./ltr. @ 25 microns D.F.T.
6. Coating Area Temperature - 25 degree c or less.
7. Application Pressure - Spraying at 35-50 P.S.I.
8. Distance of gun nozzle - 6-8 inches.
9. Mixing: Stir the Stainer in Lacquer at 1500rpm for atleast 20 minutes. Add reducer at the same time as per requirement. Then filter it with filter cloth to apply.
10. To get even coating from the first to the last object, especially in Matt and Pigmented paint, keep stirring the paint in the bucket at a slow pace.
